KREHALON offer the widest range of high quality vacuum and gas flush bags in the UK and Irish markets. We have a high quality bag conversion operation in the UK, making pouches and stock holding for the local market, offering superior service and delivery over our competitors.

Available structures

Dependant on application, we can offer:

3 layer medium barrier material, incorporating polyamide barrier layer.
5 or 7 layer medium barrier material, incorporating polyamide barrier layer.
7 layer high barrier material, incorporating EVOH and polyamide barrier layers.

Available bag sizes

Bottom sealed bags
widths 70mm to 1320mm
lengths 150mm to 2500mm (in 50mm increments)
Side sealed pouches (2 seal or 3 seal)
widths 100mm to 1000mm
lengths 150mm to 2500mm (in 25mm increments)
Bottom gusseted bags
widths 450mm to 2320mm (as flat width tubing)
lengths 500mm to 3000mm (in 50cm increments)

Available thicknesses
Each type of pouch and bag are available in the thicknesses from 45 to 180 micron. Bottom gusseted bags are available from 80 to 180mys.

Colours and options
All the above films can be offered in translucent and opaque colours, with translucent blue being a standard stock item.

Print
KREHALON offer in line logo print for brand name or plant traceability. This is printed in line on our pouch making machinery and so offers a cost effective way of coding or logo printing bags.

Flexographic printing is available on one or two sides with up to 8 colours. Pouches are supplied as surface print or sandwich print, using laminate structures.
