KREHALON casings are offered to the processed meats and sausage type applications, requiring presentation and extended shelf life of the food product. The casings are used on filling and clipping chub and bag closing equipment. The food emulsion is pumped into the casing and the product is sealed by metal clipping the ends, to create the air tight "sausage" shape. The products are then cooked and distributed in the casings.
